Isee3D Inc. Chief Financial Officer Resigns

Mr. Morden C. Lazarus, Chairman & C.E.O. of the Board of Isee3D
announced today, December 22nd, that Ron Goldenberg has resigned from
the Company effective December 22, 2000.

Mr. Goldenberg has been employed with Isee3D, Inc. since February 21,
2000.

Mr. Lazarus said: "I would like to express my appreciation and
personal gratitude for Ron's contribution to the Company and look
forward to his participation on an as needed basis while the Board
continues to search for a replacement."

Mr. Goldenberg stated: "The potential with regard to the proprietary
3D transport technology and the company's patented single lens
stereoscopic system for industrial inspection applications should bode
well for the future of the Company."

Mr. Goldenberg also stated that the 20F NASDAQ listing application
filed by the Company will be continued into the new year pending the
filing of the audited financial statements of the Company for the year
ending December 31, 2000.

Mr. Morden C. Lazarus, Chairman & C.E.O. of the Board of Isee3D
announced December 7th that Nigel Horsley has resigned as a director.

Mr. Horsley has been associated with Isee3D, Inc. since its inception
and previously with its antecedent entity International Telepresence
Corporation since early 1993.

Mr. Lazarus said, "I would like to express my appreciation and
personal gratitude for Nigel's contributions to Isee3D Inc. especially
prior to and during the initial stages of my involvement as Chairman
and CEO of the Company."

Mr. Horsley said, "Isee3D has made some outstanding achievements in
the development of software and hardware stereoscopic technology. I am
very excited about the prospects for Virtual Movie Maker and the
potential with regard to the proprietary 3D transport technology and
the company's patented single lens stereoscopic system for industrial
inspection applications.

"The company has ridden through some remarkedly tough market
conditions under the careful stewardship of Mr. Lazarus and I feel
very optimistic about its future under Eugene Jospeh's leadership in
growing highly innovative and marketable content development tools."

Fakespace Systems Announces Reseller Agreement With Barco

Fakespace Systems Inc. announced on November 27th that it has signed a
reseller agreement with Barco to augment its visualization solutions
offering. The company can now integrate Barco CRT and solid state
projectors into its immersive product portfolio, which are used by
researchers, engineers, product designers and military personnel to
promote collaboration and better understanding of complex visual data.

Fakespace Systems will demonstrate its Passive WorkWall(TM) configured
with two stereoscopic-optimized SIM 6 projectors this week at the
Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference
(I/ITSEC) in booth #570. This 6-foot by 7-1/2-foot flat wall display
enables bright, high-resolution (1280 x 1024) stereoscopic viewing for
users wearing lightweight polarized glasses.

"With the increasing use of advanced visualization systems in
military, research and commercial applications, we are seeing
customers with very defined display parameters and many with
interesting application requirements," said Jim Angelillo, Vice
President of Strategic Relations at Fakespace Systems Inc. "We are
excited about our new partnership with Barco and having access to
their wide range of technology which will allow us to continue to be a
worldwide leader in immersive and advanced visualization solutions."
