ORDERING RATES AND
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR FOREIGN (&
Canadian) ORDERS:
HOW TO ORDER:
We are happy to accept orders from, and
ship to, any country in the world, however, advance payment MUST be in
U.S. funds, by bank draft payable on an American bank, or by International
Postal Money Order in U.S. Dollars. We suggest that the preferred and easiest
method of payment is by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard,
Access, JCB & American Express credit card numbers (include the expiry
date, please). Eurocheques and Canadian checks with US$ written in are
NOT ACCEPTABLE. To order please download or print out the Reel 3-D ORDER
FORM. Then fill it in with the product stock number, description, price,
and shipping weight. Total all of the prices and shipping weights. For
shipping rates, match your country and the method of shipment (Sea or Air
Mail) and find the rate on the following charts. Then mail, fax, or email
your order to us.
HOW WE SHIP:
All shipments outside the continental
U.S.A. are by U.S. Post Office sea or air mail, by postal categories appropriate
to the weight and content of the shipment. Please indicate SEA or AIR mail,
and include the proper amount with your order, or include your credit card
number and expiry date. Air mail is assumed if method is not stated! Rates
reflect both postage and packing charges.
INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONS:
Post Office package rates do not allow
personal letters or notes to be included. If you have questions, please
include an International Postal Reply Coupon, available at your local Post
Office.
OPTIONAL FOREIGN INSURANCE:
Any AIR MAIL order may be insured for
a flat $5.00 per order fee. Please specify on Order form, if desired. Insurance
is not available to all countries.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION:
You may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs
office for further information. Reel 3-D must make postal customs declarations
which match the prices in our printed catalog. Additionally, when ordering
from Reel 3-D, you are considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving
the goods.
