Ordering Confirmation Information

If you require a confirmation that your order has been received, or would like to know the exact shipping date of your order, we are happy to supply this information by two methods only:

1. Request this information by E-Mail, and we will send you an E-Mail reply as soon as possible. Be sure to let us know the exact name and address that was used in placing the order, and your email address.
   
2. Telephone us during Customer Service Business Hours only -- Monday through Thursday, Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 4 PM, Los Angeles, California, USA time. At all other times, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday,  you will get our answering service, who cannot answer these questions.
   
3. Due the the large volume of requests we DO NOT offer confirmations by return telephone calls or return faxes! Please use methods 1) or 2) indicated above. Confirmation Requests made by any other method than 1) or 2) indicated above will be held until we hear from you by E-Mail or a phone call to us during Customer Service Business Hours.
